Quilting,Quilting & More Quilting

It's been like the "flight of the bumble bees" around here. Finally delivered some quilts this week. Kathy made this first one. I think a sampler with friends.

Had fun quilting different leaves & swirls.

Sally made this adorable duck quilt.
I think a teacher at Lakewood High School got this for her baby. Lucky her!

Jean worked her magic with some fabulous Kaffe fabrics on this Lone Star. We took a class together through CIQ (there's a slide show in the website) with Judy Irish. Very Bohemian!

Gerri's 117" square quilt was a workout!  Big squares for the border with leaves.

Beautiful Dresden Plate in the middle. Got to use yale blue thread.

And lots of "wide open spaces" to dance the day away on.

Thank you ladies for the wonderful, inspiring quilts. It makes every day special.

Hope you are having a good week. Picked the strawberries again today. Yum! Mr S took a vacation day & we got the garage semi-clean. Just a couple more problem spots to go, organizing the paint supplies & tools. I'm the mechanical one at our house, so I'll be putting them where
they make sense to me!

Have a great weekend & enjoy the sunshine!

Sharon
